SUBLIMATION
For printing on light-colored textiles and substrates with a polyester coating or made entirely of polyester, sublimation is used. This method of printing allows for the reproduction of text, graphics, and images in full colour.
Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric together as one. First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric
Applications: Totebags, Wristbands, Textiles, Lanyards
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING (DTG)
The process of printing in full colour straight on to both light and dark coloured garments is known as direct to garment (dtg) printing. The expenditures involved with screen setup for conventional screen printing techniques are eliminated by this digital print on demand service.
The ink used in DTG printing becomes a part of the fabric, giving the print a supersoft feel while maintaining durability. DTG is a high-quality printing method appropriate for reproducing photos and intricate designs.
Applications: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Aprons, Sweatshirts, Sportswear
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. In modern days, embroidery is usually seen on caps, hats, coats, overlays, blankets, dress shirts, denim, dresses, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available in a wide variety of thread or yarn colour.
Applications: Polos, Hoodies, Aprons, Sweatshirts, Sportswear
CUT TEXTILE VINYL
Cut textile vinyl is a more contemporary form of screen printing that works well for text and straightforward designs with one or two colours. A high pressure industrial procedure is used to cut, weed, and heat apply text and graphics on fabrics for a strong binding.
Stretchy and long-lasting, cut textile vinyl comes in a variety of flat and metallic colours. Due to the high setup costs involved with conventional screen printing techniques, this textile material is particularly well-liked in the manufacturing of individual names and numbers.
